GENTLE YOGA
Our Gentle Yoga class allows the body to gently stretch and open within a pose by using poses that refresh, renew, and nurture the body and mind. This class is designed to both strengthen and stretch the body and calm the mind. This is the perfect class for people looking for help with issues like back pain as well as stress and anxiety. Gentle Yoga is appropriate for students of all skill levels and those recovering from illness or injury.

SLOW FLOW
Our Slow Flow class combines guided movement at a slow pace that allows you to explore poses in depth and deepen your practice. This class consists of sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, twists, folds and bends and always ends with a deep relaxing Savasana. This class is perfect for new as well as experienced students.

YIN
Our Yin class is a very slow paced class that focuses on long held postures (3-5 minutes) meant to help get past the superficial muscle tissue and encourage a deep release.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Think of myofascial release as giving yourself a massage. With the use of special tools (balls, blocks etc..), we're able to target common tight areas of the body all by ourselves by applying therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia, all without having to visit and pay for costly massages.
This is a technique we teach in person at Explore to help with headaches, post workout fatigue, general muscle soreness and to help recover lost mobility among other things. We also offer instructional videos on your YouTube channel so you can practice this self care technique in the comfort of your own home.

SHORT FORM ASHTANGA
In our Short Form Ashtanga class you can expect the traditional primary series Ashtanga poses in the traditional order shortened to fit into a one hour class. This is a great class to gage progress as the poses are the same from week to week. For those new to Ashtanga, think of this like a Slow Flow class. We'll do sun salutations, holds, progressive poses and lot's of time for breath.
BLEND
Our Blend class is a Blend of multiple class styles we currently offer at Explore. This class is meant to be physically challenging, yet accessible for everyone. At times the pace of this class will be similar to a Slow Flow and often also includes a portion where the pace is closer to a Vinyasa. You'll find some advanced poses woven in from time to time, always with modifications included for those who would like them.

VINYASA
Our Vinyasa class is a hot, moderately paced, vinyasa class that will leave you feeling challenged and awesome.

YOGA NIDRA
YOGA STRENGTH
Elevate your practice with Yoga Strength, a combination of our Slow Flow class and Strength Training. This class maintains the mindful pace of our Slow Flow classes while incorporating 5lb weights to build strength and increase endurance.
By focusing on repetition and time under tension, you'll engage your muscles more deeply and cultivate greater control and stability in each pose. Expect a challenging yet accessible class that emphasizes form and alignment, helping you to develop both physical strength and mental resilience.
This class is initially being offered as a very small group only. If you are interested, make sure to pre-register. If you register and can no longer make it, make sure you cancel more than three hours in advance, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced with this class.
